The BTS caveat

A flight is counted as on time if it arrived less than 15 minutes after its scheduled time. Only carriers with at least 0.5 percent of domestic scheduled passenger revenue report.

Not included

The BTS T-100 segment series (passengers, seats and load factor by carrier and route) and airport-level TSA throughput are not part of this edition. BTS offers T-100 only through an interactive download form without a stable file address, and TSA releases airport-level counts as occasional documents rather than a maintained dataset. FAA airport records are not used; airport names come from the BTS lookup table.
